How does digital material delivery work?+

After purchase or quotation approval, we deliver via secure download link, cloud share or upload to your LMS. There is no physical shipping.

Are the materials editable?+

Yes. All packs ship as editable digital files so your provider can customise wording, branding and sector content.

What does customisation include?+

Branding, assessment templates, moderator tools, sector-specific case studies and any provider-specific implementation needs.

What's included in LMS upload?+

Course shell creation, module structuring, activity setup, assessment configuration and basic learner navigation on Moodle, Canvas, Open edX or BBT LMS.

Are these materials accredited?+

They are QCTO-aligned. Accreditation is held by the training provider — we help you align the materials to your scope.

Can I request a quotation or invoice?+

Yes — use the Request a Quotation form for a formal quote or pro-forma invoice.

What happens after payment?+

You receive a secure delivery link. If LMS upload or customisation was purchased, our team will reach out to coordinate.

Can I get a refund on digital materials?+

Once digital files are delivered, refunds are not available. See our Digital Delivery and Refund policies.
